Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Cairo & Greater Cairo: 2–3 business days
  • Other Egyptian Governorates: 3–5 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our announcements!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Perishable food items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, spoiled, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@reefnafood.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we'll guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or opened food products
  • Items purchased on final sale or with a special discount
