Return and Refund Policy for Reefna Food

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy in compliance with Egyptian consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
    1.    Damaged or Defective Products
    •    If the product is damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.


    2.    Incorrect Products
    •    If you receive an incorrect item, you may return it in its original condition for a replacement or refund.


    3.    Non-Perishable Items
    •    Non-perishable items may be returned within 3 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


    4.    Perishable Items
    •    Due to the nature of perishable goods, returns are accepted only in cases of damage, spoilage, or incorrect delivery.

Conditions for Returns
    •    Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
    •    A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, must be provided.
    •    The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Products that have been opened or tampered with.
    •    Products purchased during special promotions or sales (unless damaged or defective).
